If paddling is not your thing, you’re sure to enjoy floating down one of the oldest rivers in the world in a canoe rental from Riverside General Store. Don’t forget your bathing suit; you’re only a short walk down to the access area on the New River. Once inside the cabin, you’ll find that it is packed with amenities. The well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to cook a gourmet meal. After dinner, simply put the dishes in the dishwasher and push the button for easy cleanup. There is also a gas grill available for those who would rather do their cooking outdoors. In the living room, you’ll find a beautiful gas fireplace to snuggle up in front of on those cool mountain evenings. Comfortable seating including sleeper sofa. No one will miss their favorite show with Satellite TV with DVD available in both the living room and downstairs game room. Speaking of the game room, you’ll have hours of fun with the pool table, Satellite TV, X Box and wireless high speed internet! Also comfortable seating with full size futon and single sleeper. Just outside the door, you’ll find the outside hot tub and patio set. There are 3 private bedrooms. The first is the spacious master with king size bedroom set, comfy chair with ottoman and full private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is on the main level with queen bedroom set and comfy chair with ottoman. The third bedroom is also on the main level with 2 twin beds and a small TV with DVD/VHS player for the kids. Additional sleeping in the open game room area (single sleeper, full size futon).
