Newest Innovation Elevates the Mobility Equipment Rental Customer’s Guest Experience

Special Needs at Sea, a division of Special Needs Group (SNG), Inc., is a cruise line travel services company whose primary mission is to assist cruise vacation travelers with durable medical equipment rental needs to get out and see the world. Delivering an accessible world™ is their goal.
Be it is some form of mobility device rental, the need to rent oxygen delivery equipment, refrigeration for medication, materials for a service animal, or even baby gear rental like a crib, the company strives to fulfill all special travel needs while at sea.
SNG’s White Glove Service adds a very personal and focused touch to the cruise vacation experience. Upon arrival at the departure port terminal, the SNG White Glove Ambassador will personally deliver the rental equipment, demonstrate how to use it properly, and address any questions the cruise line passenger may have regarding optimal operation of the rental.
Upon disembarking, the SNG White Glove Ambassador will meet the cruise passenger to expedite the equipment rental return, thus ensuring a smooth, seamless experience from beginning to end of the cruise.
