This year, the most popular sporting event in the United States will take place near San Francisco and is expected to draw over 70,000 people to the Bay Area on Sunday. While the city will certainly welcome the tens of thousands of Super Bowl fans in town for the big game, one particular group isn’t invited to the party.

This week, the Federal Aviation Administration declared the Super Bowl a “No Drone Zone,” meaning that all unmanned aircrafts are prohibited from flying within a 32-mile radius of Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. Those that do fly in the designated “No Drone Zone” could be removed with “deadly force,” according to an article in The Washington Times.

Violators of the policy could face fines or prosecution, according to a FAA spokesman.

The restrictions are in effect from 2 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 7.
