Although the holiday shopping season kicked off on Thanksgiving night, the official start to the madness took place in the wee hours of the morning on Friday. As part of the holiday tradition, thousands of shops and stores across the country are offering limited time offers and doorbuster sales on gifts for everyone on your shopping list.
Looking to join in on the Black Friday fun – and attract the attention of bargain hunters trying to get a head start on planning a trip in 2014 – vacation rental company Southern Shores Realty is hosting a Black Friday sale for the first time in its history, according to a company press release.
Southern Shores Aims to Be Pioneer
Although the Black Friday vacation deals are months ahead of peak booking season, Southern Shores Realty hopes to “leverage the buzz of the Black Friday shopping holiday to fill dozens of weeks much earlier to deal hungry shoppers.” The Black Friday deals are limited to online bookings only, and include many popular summer vacation dates including July 4th and Labor Day. In all, the Southern Shores Realty estimates that over $50,000 in discounts will be available on Black Friday.
Available properties are located throughout the Outer Banks including Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Corolla, and Nags Head, North Caolina. Prices start at just $535 for a one-week stay and properties feature a variety of amenities including multiple bedrooms, oceanfront views, private balconies, and pools.
