Sure, it’s not George Clooney’s Italian villa, but Chris Rock’s townhouse is likely to get plenty of attention from people looking to live the high life in Brooklyn. According to a story by Celebuzz!, the comedian has listed his Clinton Hill townhouse for rent for a cool $7,950 a month. The three-story townhouse, which Rock purchased in the early part of his career while starring on In Living Color, is made of limestone and brick, features a few modern amenities, and has all of its original characteristics intact.
The ground floor has a large living area, private guest room, two-car garage, and patio complete with a grill. The second floor, which opens to a huge 23-foot by 35-foot space, features a huge kitchen with marble countertops and new stainless steel appliances and bathroom. The home’s master suite is located on the townhouse’s top floor along with an antique wood-burning stove, walk-in closet, master bathroom with marble flooring, and a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the neighborhood.
