We recently received a call center request for a mobility equipment rental in Utah. The customer was very specific with her needs: a wheelchair that could handle outdoor terrain, availablibility August 9th and 10th, in the Torrey, UT area. As is typical with a call to one of our representatives, the customer began casual conversation and informed our call center rep she has some mobility difficulty but couldn’t miss out on the Women’s Redrock Music Festival. As a patron to numerous Lilith Fair concerts, I was intrigued and decided a little research was in order. Here’s a bit of what I found:
