Note: Owners Dad lives next door and we will know about smoking or pet violations. You will be fined $100 for each violation occurance (ie, Daily !) plus the full cost of any repairs, repainting etc that needs to be done to correct those violations. Also subject to immediate eviction at the owners or our discretion.
