This beach cottage is a wonderful location for a family retreat. The first floor features a game room with a ping pong and foos ball table. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms—both have queen beds, private baths, TVs, and ocean views. There is also a large den with 2 twin beds, a TV/VCR, and an ocean view—this is a perfect spot for kids! Upstairs, you will find 3 more bedrooms. Each has queen beds and TVs. Two of these bedrooms share a bath, and the master suite has its own bath. The 2nd floor also features a spacious great room with a TV, VCR, and DVD. The dining area has room for 6 and and the newly remodeled kitchen has a table for four. Off the living room is a fantastic screened porch that expands the entire length of the home. Here, you will be greeted each morning by the sunrise over the beautiful Atlantic. A private boardwalk from the screened porch leads to a great sundeck with lounge chairs and wonderful ocean views.
