With a new deck and hot tub and only 4-5 blocks from the downtown core and open air malls of Aspen it is a great location. The gondola is just a quick ride on the free ski shuttle. The living areas are open and spacious with a rustic Aspen feel including large stone fireplace high ceilings and windows throughout. The deck, hot tub, and yard are directly off the main living area and is a great amenity for all season.
The master has a private bath with the other two bedrooms sharing a common bath. The bedding is a Queen in the master and the other two bedrooms are standard 2 twin configuration with the ability to create a king in one room. One bedroom serves as a walk though to the master which is great for families with small children and can be shut off for privacy if needed.
