Facts About Travel Trailers
Our trailers have a full kitchen and bath and have a self-contained water system. All units are delivered and set up at your site. We hook up water, sewer, and electric when hookups are available within 50’ of the unit. Standard units sleep up to 5 people. Deluxe units have a separate room for sleeping and are larger than the standard units. This is the unit for the renter who needs extra room, more sleeping areas and all of the modern conveniences.

Northside RVs' travel trailers come with two floor plans to choose from when you rent: our deluxe floor plan and our deluxe with slide room for extra comfort and room. Travel trailer rentals are delivered to your site and setup at no extra charge within 15 miles of our Lexington, Kentucky dealer location. They can be delivered to sites that are over 15 miles for an additional fee.
Additional Charges and Requirements For Travel Trailers
Vehicle Prep & Delivery - A charge of $100 is for Sanitizing unit, delivering unit (up to 15 miles) and setup of unit. We hook up electric, water, and sewer up to 50’. There is a $2.00 per mile charge after the first 15 miles. This fee includes insurance for rentals of 3 weeks and less.
Insurance - Insurance is included on all rentals 3 weeks and less. For 1 month and longer rental there is a $100.00 charge. There is a $500.00 deductible on the insurance policy.
Deposit - To reserve a travel trailer we require a $300.00 deposit. This is paid at the time of reserving a travel trailer and signing a rental contract. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
Units should be cleaned to avoid cleaning charges. Awning damage, abuse or neglect is not covered under insurance. NEVER LEAVE AWNING UNATTENDED, wind and rain will damage awning.
