These Motor Homes are called a "Van" based RV, which makes it much easier to drive, park and maneuver than a Class A type Motorhome. Facts About Our Class C Motorhomes
Available in 28’ length, these units are smaller and easier to drive. Most people say they drive like a conversion van. These motor homes average 10-11 MPG and are more economical to operate. Each motorhome has a Queen size bed over the cab and outside storage. This is our most popular unit for those who want the convenience of a home and a unit that is easy to drive.

Additional Charges & Requirements
MILEAGE CHARGE - You will receive 100 miles free for each rental day. After that the mileage charge is 25¢ per mile. (Example: You receive 700 free miles for a 7-day Rental.)
GENERATOR - Most units are equipped with a generator to produce 110-volt electricity while on the road. The charge for the generator is $3.00 per hour for the actual time of use.
VEHICLE DEPARTURE FEE - A fee of $75.00 is charged for sanitization and insurance on the rental unit. This is a mandatory fee charge on a per rental basis. A deductible on standard insurance is $500.00
ALL DRIVERS must be 25 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
DEPOSIT - To reserve a motorhome we require a $300.00 deposit. This is paid at the time of reserving a motor home and signing a rental contract. In the event of a cancellation after signing the contract, the deposit is non-refundable.
CLEANING - The renter agrees to return the unit in the same condition as received. Northside RV will charge a fee for cleaning unit if unit is returned dirty, carpet soiled or stained. Please take care of the unit and return it clean to avoid these charges.
DUMP CHARGE - When a Motorhome or Travel Trailer is picked up for rent the waste holding tanks will be empty and be charged with the proper chemical. When returning the unit there is a $50.00 charge for Northside RV to dump the tanks. Tanks must be empty to avoid this charge.
