As a native and life-long resident of Indianapolis Indiana one of the things that I have grown to appreciate the most about this city are its hard working down-to-earth friendly residents and the expected stability of life.

Don’t get me wrong, the hit that the nation has felt to the economy are felt here as well. The downward turn in the economy, which resulted in a record number of home foreclosures, was the trigger point for the other owners of Silver Property Management, Inc. and I to get involved in the real estate market – and we haven’t slowed down yet.

In 2004 the owners of Silver Property Management began picking up single family homes in the Indianapolis area. Contrary to many investors, we sought out to find those projects that required more than paint and carpet as we understood that the true value was in the homes that other investors wouldn’t dream of bidding on that were in strong residential areas. From 2004 through today the owners have gathered a portfolio of over 100 single family homes, two commercial buildings and 2 apartment buildings with a total of 133 units.
