Adding Insult To Injury

As quickly as Hurricane Sandy came, devastated, and went, the notorious Nor’easter paid a visit to the same damaged areas. As can be expected, these back-to-back storms have caused the recovery process to be slow moving for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Having access to heavy equipment rentals is an invaluable benefit, particularly after a natural disaster. By renting the equipment you need to restore your home or business, you inevitably also restore your livelihood, and Rent It Today would like to help you in that process. We have partnered with construction equipment companies across the nation, therefore making your search for heavy equipment and tool rentals in your area simple.

New Jersey and New York City Heavy Construction Equipment Rentals

Construction Equipment Being Used During Hurricane Sandy CleanupWhen an area experiences a great flood, like that left behind from Superstorm Sandy, water and sewage are removed by different variations of pumps. In NYC, pump rentals are available from MWI Pumps, while others can take advantage of a New Jersey dewatering rental from We Got Pumps.

Once flood waters recede, the clearing can begin. Garbage, downed trees, demolished buildings, and even cars may need to be removed, as most saw during footage of the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Companies including New York based Duke Company and nationwide provider Volvo Rents are available to provide heavy equipment rentals for all situations, and are especially beneficial during disaster relief. Their services can include a backhoe rental, renting a wheel loader, or setting you up with a skip loader rental. Volvo Rents can also secure a dump truck rental for the clean-up of Sandy affected areas in the Northeast.

Ozone Solutions has environmental equipment including air purifiers and ozone generators that are best utilized in the prevention or removal of mold or to get rid of odors, both of which are highly possible to take place after the recent storms.

Seems to me there is a huge push in the need for Ozone generators/air purifiers to resolve any mold issues.
