Surpassing Expectations

We believe that being the best is more important than being the biggest, so we do what we need to do to surpass the expectations of the patients, families, and health care providers we serve in the community. – Queen City Hospice & Palliative Care

The foundation of Queen City Hospice and Palliative Care’s business model is understanding their staff is the most important facet of their organization. Not only do they seek to provide their clients with the most qualified individuals, but the most compassionate ones as well. The illness of a loved family member is a time of adjustment  for both the patient and those close to them. That’s why it’s important to have the right people in place to assist the ill and have compassion for the concerns of family and friends.

I really like the few things that I've had the opportunity to read about your company. As you say, it really is about the service that your company gives rather than the size of the company. If your service is good, and you improve those that you are providing palliative care for, than your company is virtually guaranteed to grow.
