Come stay in our beautiful oceanfront condominiums located on Amelia Island. Watch the dolphins play from the panoramic view from your private balcony. The beach is wide, clean, uncrowded and just a short walk over the dune on our private boardwalk. All floors of this small and family friendly building are easily accessed by an elevator.
1. At the time of reservation, a $200.00 deposit is required. Visa or Master Card can be kept on file in lieu of a security deposit.
A sixty (60) day cancellation is required for a refund, except for reservations during peak times, Jan-April and June and July. (See Below) Holiday and special event periods require a non-refundable deposit of 50.00% of Rental Agreement total amount to secure reservations.
During Peak Time: Jan-April & June & July If you decide to cancel your reservation, regardless of the date of booking, the following penalties will apply.
If you cancel your reservation more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date then please be aware that a ten percent (10%) or $200.00 which ever is greater cancellation fee is charged.
If you cancel your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date then the whole amount of the rental is due unless we can reschedule the time you booked with another person.
If you cancel your reservation seven (7) days or less, prior to arrival date, then the whole amount of the rental will be taken.
This amount will be applied to your credit card given to us at time of booking.
2. Maximum number of occupants per unit is held to to the number of people the unit will sleep.
3. One vehicle limit per unit. There are no parking facilities for recreational vehicles, boats and/or trailers.
4. Sorry, NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY UNITS.
5. Electric BBQ grills are allowed. Gas and charcoal grills are not allowed.
6. All bed and bath linens are provided. A starter supply of paper products and soap is supplied. The Tenant is responsible for additional supplies during your rental period.
7. Charging long distance phone calls to the Rental Units phone is not allowed. A loss of your security deposit will occur upon any call that is charged to the Rental Unit phone.
8. The Tenant who signed the Rental Agreement Form will be responsible for any and all damage to the unit. A refund of Security Deposit will be mailed to the Tenant within four (4) weeks from the departure date providing there is no damage to the Rental Unit, no long distance phone call charges or excessive cleaning.
9. On departure date, please remove all trash, strip bedding and start the dishwasher if loaded with dishes and/or utensils. Return the keys to the office or if leaving before office is open, drop in mail slot on office door.
10. CHECK IN TIME is 3:00 PM. CHECK OUT TIME is 10:00 AM.
11. All rates are subject to price changes and local, state and federal taxes when applicable.
