Mini Me Baby Rentals provides delivery, pick up and set up service to Damariscotta, Pemaquid, Newcastle, Nobelboro, Wiscassett, Bath, Brunswick, Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Owls Head, Lincolnville, Belfast, Augusta, Kennebunk, York, Portland & Yarmouth.
We rent out high quality baby equipment and expect each item to be returned in working order. If equipment is damaged or broken during a rental period, we will determine the extent of the damage and charge full replacement value, if applicable. This charge excludes the charge for the original rental period. All equipment is leased "as is." Renter is responsible for reading and following manufacturer's instructions that accompany rental items. Mini Me Baby Rentals expresses or implies no warrant to anyone, as to the fitness, design, condition, capacity, performance or any other aspect of the equipment or its material or workmanship. Mini Me Baby Rentals further disclaims any liability for loss, damage, injury or death to Renter or third parties as a result of any defects in the equipment or the Renter's or third parties' installation, use of or maintenance of the equipment. Mini Me Rentals shall have no obligation to install, test, adjust or service any equipment. The customer leases all equipment "as is." The Renter further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mini Me Baby Rentals and its owners against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from the rental of the equipment.
